Tibi’s girly quirkiness and juicy colors are always fun and charming. And the sample sale doesn’t disappoint.

There’s a great range of pieces from spring/summer. A cute jersey dress is $100, a retro Bond-girl style orange coat is $215 and there is a great selection of colorful printed bikinis; bottoms are $41, tops are $43. There is a changing area in the back, but there was a bit of a lineup for it. The location is little bit of a pain (just west of 9th Ave) and you have to pass some pretty ugly construction, but what’s a little walk for a Tibi Chiffon gown for $189?
