With today’s recession fashion almost seems impossible. From the usage of chiffon to the plaid knit fabrics Anna Sui brought to the runway this past Fall. We all turn around when the price tag weighs heavier then our pockets. At Alexander Wang my expectations were high since he was the Vogue CFDA awarded fashion designer. On a rainy day the showroom was crowded with fashionistas but they were not so much fun to shop with. The staff decided to start moving racks as people were looking through them. There was a price range between $60-240. There were also many key items that were over $240. The showroom was organize but the selection was limited. There were many similar pieces on every rack. They had a great selection of sizes that caters to every woman and a cool color scheme. The prices were not great, but great for any woman that can afford it in today’s recession.. there was a 100% cotton t-shirt for $180!
